My Journey

I started lifting at 90 pounds. Five years later I'm 165 - but the bigger shift was learning how to actually train and eat with intention.


After so many people asked for details I decided to just bundle everything into a single guide.

Everything I've learned about building a body and a lifestyle you can sustain — training, nutrition, recovery. It's much more science-based not very bro-y at all. I made it like that because I felt like it should also kinda teach the principles and stuff behind why I make the decisions I do. WHAT'S INSIDE​

Training — Low-volume, high-frequency training built around two splits: FBEOD and Upper/Lower. Exercises, sets, reps, and intensity guidelines included so you know exactly what to do.

Nutrition — How to build muscle and stay/get lean at the same time. Protein targets, food tracking, and meal structure without overcomplicating it.

Recovery — Progress in between sessions. Sleep, rest, and the habits that keep you consistent.
